What's the proper way to tighten the sediment bowl on the gas tank? When I screw it in, it's not tight, but you can't go another complete turn. It is leaking because of this. I just noticed this yesterday, when I saw gas on my new paint. The paint wasn't hard enough, and it just rubbed off. I know there's a way, but I can't figure it out.
