Then why did you give us all that information on the ignition system? If it won't turn over with the starter, that does not mean it isn't getting "fire" The ignition coil has nothing to do with the starter not working.
Check the solenoid to see if it is getting power from the key. Then check to see if it has battery power on the battery terminal, hold the key in the start position and check to see if it is going out the other terminal. You should hear a "click".
