Ok, so there's a 149 near me that I am probably going to go and look at. It's supposed to be in good running order, paints a little faded. it has a replacement 14hp kohler engine and new battery, but no mower or mule drive. Owner is entertaining best offers for the tractor. I'm in NE PA...so what do you think would be a fair offer. I know it's whatever I'd be willing to pay, but I don't want to get ripped off, and I don't want to insult the owner. What do you guys think? thanks in advance,

P.S. I'd really like something with hydraulic lift and that's why I was interested in the 149.
