I'm a huge fan of "more power" if it were me I would probably rebuild the 12 HP and put it in the 100.
I don't know anything about the kits on epay so I'm no help there.
Any reputable automotive type machine shop should be able to do the work for you. I also think some of the guys on this site do machine work too, you may get a hit from someone here.
