I've tapped the flywheel with a hammer as well as smacked the puller center bolt.
Any other ideas? How do you hold the flywheel in order to put a persuader on the wrench to get more leverage?
I'm expecting the grade 8, 5/16 inch puller bolts to come out of the flywheel like a shot.
If all else fails, what's the destructive method to remove the flywheel?

Are you not using a impact wrench? Are you talking about the pullers center bolt? I've put a pry bar through the fins of the flywheel so that it's against the bench, so it can't turn...
But I've "never" had them not come off while using an impact.
