I made a deal with Gilles (aka Oldskull) for the 1872 I had for sale, the deal involved meeting half way which turns out to be where Lew lives. Yesterday I hit the road at 6:30 in the morning and arrived at Lew's a little before noon, Gilles showed up shortly after. It was great to meet Gilles and his wife and it was even better to see the look on his face when I fired up the 1872 to back it off my trailer. As always it was great to hang out with Lew for a few hours, everytime I go there there's something new to look at. If you haven't been to Lew's yet I highly recommend it, just make sure you bring lots and lots of cash.
