That is a sound theory!
I put a NY compliant AR together this summer. Truly have no need for it. Spent too much on it. Shot it 10 times. Thinking of building another.  Bet prices will drop a little without the threat of HilLIARy. Ronnie, nice AR and beautiful looking safe!
