I think (but am not certain) that "Super Garden Tractor" was a term coined by CCC in the 80's. Next time I'm at dad's house I will look to verify,but mid late 80's all the parts books were in blue binders--there was one labeled such.

I don't want to admit it but those 4xx series Deeres are as tough as anything to wear yellow paint. If you are talking about the Case models built by Colt they seem to be a beast as well. Doesn't Zippy have one? I've also seen a Snapper (think it was built by someone else) that was extremely heavy built. And lets not forget Power King---I think some of their later stuff actually resembled a heavy built lawnmower and not a miniature tractor.
