Jon congrats on the #2 cart, that cart is in fact a later one manufactured after CCC bought out IH, kind of hard to find actually, it appears to be in original condition, looks to have the original wheel barrow type tires, I don't think it should have had a serial tag, although the later IH labeled ones did, hope this helps!
