If you look at this pic, you can see a red line above the 3 pt hitch brackets. Does the brace go any higher than that red line? Because if it does, it would interfere with the rear pto black brackets.

I am 100% positive that they fit with the complete Cat 0 OEM Cub rear PTO hitch. Here is another pic of Cad's 2284.
