Welcome!! As others have said your project to get this tractor running could be simple or complicated relatively cheap or expensive. As a DIY project you will need tools and equipment but most of all you must have the service manual. Take lots of pics as you disassemble so reassembly will go easier. Jon has some good advice but for the most part this is not rocket surgery. Most of us have started like you and learned a whole lot in the process. There is a wealth of knowledge collectively here and we stand ready to throw in to help you out.
