The older CH carbs had an adjustable low speed jet that was set at the factory and a plastic cap over it to prevent tampering. I've removed the cap and adjusted them a little richer. As Jon mentioned you can give it a little more main jet by taking a set of small drills, find the size that will go in the jet and then go up one size. Dirty Steve just bought a few brand new CH carbs at a stupid low price before the seller figured out that they were selling at the wrong price. Anyway the new carbs no longer have the adjustable slow speed jet. Thank you EPA. Looking forward to the day when the morons at EPA hear the words
