Just bought an 1864. Found it on Flea Bay. Made the deal over the phone, hope it doesn't bite me in the A$$. Anyway I'm having it shipped rather than going to pick it up. Shipping price was better than I could do if I went to get it. Guy said it had a mouse nest in the blower housing and it's not running as it should. At least it runs so the plan is to patch it up and then do an engine swap with the engine in the wife's JD dump truck. The JD has a CH22 with only 25 hours on it and it gets about 5 hours per year so it doesn't need a first class engine. I'll do the normal rear end re-seal, rear end braces, new fuel lines, seat cover, gauges and what ever else it needs. Here are a couple pics. More after I get my hands on it.
