I completely agree....although i no longer drink it either
....some people say it has no I'll effects but I have seen a mikuni carb completely eaten through the float bowl from a guy who ran 10% in It its whole short life...not too mention a host of other fuel related problems..in fact, I would say that's 90% of the stuff I have to fix is fuel related...good things for modern cars maybe, but not high compression 2 strokes...shit Stihl even recommends that you dont use it....
Me personally, I buy only premium non ethanol 91 Oct and treat it with stabil and some mmo whether I'm gonna use it right away or not, for all my small engines, even the kohlers...I also run my mixes a tad rich especially the newer the motor...everyone HAD to meet 50/1 by the epa....I do about 45 or so to 1....pulling a muffler off every now and then and cleaning the ridge of carbon, or port matching it is a good idea in 2 stroke longevity by the way....
