Default Bringin' The Funk That Smells Of Skunk!

Hello everyone. A short bio of me... My late grandfather bought a new Cub Cadet 1450 Hydrostat in '76. Growing up on a farm in Eastern Nebraska I used to tinker with that thing all the time when I was younger. I even made a small blade for the front of it (which is completely impractical). The K321 needs rebuilt which is why I registered on this forum... It has a snow blower so I'd hate to see it go. Despite being told by two small engine shops that it was more trouble than it was worth... I've spent more time tinkering with this little engine... modern engines are awesome! Set the timing and check the plug gap and that's it! No other adjustments whatsoever!

I am an ASE certified technician that was working for one of the big three when they went bankrupt (you have a 50/50 chance of guessing which one). Since there is too high of overhead, too little pay, and too hard of work, I decided to start farming. After harvest I will probably start trucking until next planting season... My hobbies include drag racing (although the drag strip that I used to race at has been closed for 5+ years), Linux (I like Ubuntu), and playing Thrash Metal. I also spend a lot of time on the interwebz. I've been a member of The Rice Haters Club for 7 1/2 years, and I have around 13,000 posts... I also have about 3/4 of a degree in Computer Science (software engineer), but decided that I really don't want a high stress job that will page me at 3AM to fix a program.

That's about it!

Mike
