A none running 1811 ($150-$200)with a blade($100-$250) and a 42"deck ($100t-$150) for $300? Offer him $250 and swap a Command engine in it ($400-?) or a running Magnum ($200-$300), you end up with a good and true GT but if this project don't appeal to you, keep the blade and sell the none running 1811 with his deck. Who knows you may end up with a free blade.
