I added some parts to my 129 to raise the seat a little bit. I added two 1 inch thick metal blocks under the seat assembly hinge mounts, and used longer threaded rod bump stop/spacers in the rear (bought from McMasterCarr.) (seat is all the way back too.)
I'm only 6', but long-legged.
My knees used to be into the steering wheel.
You may have to add some hardware also, to get the space you need.
