x2 on the idea of a vac trailer instead of a mounted bagger. A friend with a Kubota BX started with a mounted bagger (the Kubota brand attachment with the rear PTO driven fan) with a deck close to yours in size. He later sold that after three seasons and purchased a new vac trailer setup to use instead. He does approx 6 acres of property worth of leaf cleanup in the fall.

You could go this route too. This gent made his own blower fan and the rest is pieces he all ready had.
