I finally got it back together tonight. My parts did not even come in until Friday though. It had a lot of gunk in the right side axle tube, and about half a cup of water in the right side tube. I got the drain holes drilled out and everything put back together.
I did not find any egging out of the frame mount holes, but it did look like somebody has been into the gasket at the front of the differential as there is silicone on it.
It was quite tedious pouring 40 degree oil into that tiny fill port. It felt like it took an hour to get it full. I got it on jack stands and let it run for a few minutes to cycle the deck and steering hydraulics and run the drive. I did find that the right wheel has a dragging brake, but I will attend to that later.
