I was going to recommend that you get on MTF but I see that you already posted on MTF.
It looks like this thing is electrically controlled. Do you know if the problem is electrical or is it mechanical? Just thinking if it has a bad coil maybe it can be rewound. I've never seen a clutch like this. Most Sub Compact's have a hydraulically operated wet clutch. I'd love to see what's inside that makes it work.
