Tire work is not hard work if you work smart.
I'll admit to being over 70, and do them all, from a wheelbarrow tire or motorcycle to 38" tractor tires.
I'm no superman, I just use my head and tools and leverage to accomplish what I need done.
Some day I'll slow down when I'm old, but not yet.
If it's heavy, I use the loader, chain fall or come along, if it is difficult to turn, I use a longer bar.
No need to fight anything, just work smart.
I do admit experience helps, but today we have the internet for things one has not done previously.
