if this helps from what i have researched i have found first generation had rear wheels and cast iron end pieces, second generation had same rear wheels and steel plates replaced the end pieces and the third and last generation that ended in 74 had just runners with no wheels. this can be found on parts look up by entering the tractor # and then looking up attachments.
