I have used my 2072 with the 60" Haban for Probably 5 years now. I would have to say it lifts pretty level front to back.....But it only lifts a total of about 2" maybe 3". It doesn't lift as much as some of the other garden tractors. I now have my supported by chains at four points as the weight of that deck was really wearing the hanging hardware. I know guys say to let u it ride on the casters....That will b for another time. Definitely don't step on the deck while lifted. U could while it's resting on the wheels....But even then I try not to. Some close up pics of the lift points would help diagnosing your situation.
