Okay so I had senior moment , I went through all the pictures and made sure that everything was attached to the tractor like in the pictures of the manual , I check to see when I lift up would it move up or down like if something was stuck , no everything was good . So I raised the deck up and with the hydraulics and thought lets measure the deck to the floor . To my surprise the damn thing is level it must be an optical illusion. the back of the deck is within a 1/4 of inch to the front , but when you look at it looks lower in the back then the front . Thanks and sorry it was my mistake sorry for taking up your time I feel pretty silly right now.
