Shorty123,

I have a Z48. Do not buy the residential version!! The transmissions are not rebuildable and cost about $1000 each to replace. The frame and deck are stamped and not real substantial. The engine is usually a briggs. It is probably not a mower that will last the ages. I purchased a zero turn 48 (2008 model), it is faster than the 60" one......in fact, it is the fastest in its class.....aside from the Tanks. The transmissions are rebuildable and the frame & deck are welded, the deck is 11 gauge steel!! The only downfall is a little plastic piece in the seat switch that goes bad after a brief time of using the mower. All you have to do is get a small screwdriver and run it through the center backwards by the wires and pop that little plastic piece out and then everything works fine. There is a picture of mine in my profile if you want to look at it. Good luck on your find!!!
