If ethanol-free is readily available,,,it is possible that the station simply uses one tank,,
then they can have a pump labeled "10% ethanol max"
and also have a pump labeled "ethanol-free"
The buyer simply has a choice of how much to pay,,,
The single tank would be filled often,,,
