Even a single tank is usually around 12,000 gal minimum. Can be as large as 24,000 gal. When you think about how many cars, that may not sound like much..... but if they aren't choosing that grade, then it can take months to empty it. No, they don't have to fill it full, but they will put at least a transport load in, which is about 6,000 gal.
