Default Cat 0 lift mod 1864

Decided to try a lift capacity modification on my OTHER 1864. Wanted to do it as economic as I could while being able to have the 3pt separate from the deck lift. From start to finish it took me about 6 hours. Half of that time was spent swearing and thinking.

I still have some loose ends to tie up and need to weld the float straps on when Jeff gets around to milling them.

Going to try it out on my R-Bucket tomorrow.
