Clay,
if your using the unit for normal duties a 3/4" spindle will work fine.
They went to the 1" for improved bearing life and thrower duty.
A lot of those things are still working with factory bearings on 3/4 axles.
if it were mine I'd leave it alone unless the axles are worn or bearings wallowed out in the wheels.
Then look for the 1" setup.
Now if a feller was ah gonna hang a loader on the thing, a 1" setup would be needed.
