Long story short its a gizmo you hold between two fingers and spin it real fast--made of plastic with some pretty decent bearings. It is a tool developed to help children with ADHD. Turns out kids without that disorder enjoy playing with them, so it has ballooned into a toy instead of a medical "tool". The craze has gotten so widespread that many schools are banning them due to the distraction.
I think my whole family would like one. Every year when we get the corn planter out, Dad and my son are amazed at how long the press wheels coast. I swear a couple of them will coast for 5 minutes. But what do you expect, its an IH machine.
