As requested, here are some pictures of the results of working the box blade. I made a total of 20 passes back and forth with the scarifiers down at the full depth, approximately 5" below the box blade cutting edge. Then pulling the material to the low spots and grading in, with the scarifiers up all the way. I attempted to roll the loose material in with the tractor wheels. What I really need is Dirty Steve's 1000 pound lawn roller.
The 2072 did a great job pulling the box blade. It would be better with wheel weights and chains on, because it would occasionally spin the wheels with the scarifiers down in the hard pan. As for final grade, don't confuse the quality of the tool with the skill of the operator! I'm still getting used to how quick the three point lifts and lowers under load.
