I do this on my 3k tractors because I can't stand crap that rattles all the time. I remove the adjusting pins and use TSC grade 8 bolts to hold the caster brackets in place. Why didn't I grind that wallered hole out on top?

Got the spindles & pulleys on too and called it a day.
