I purchased a replacement engine from S.E.W. for the 1872, $1,700 and change delivered. Thinking that would be money well spent verses a new machine...
So couldn't you have a real good tractor, with some repairs, that you know is strong for under 2-G's?
New is always fun, but it's only new till you use it, then it's a used tractor.
