Yes I am using a JD three spool valve and it has float on one position. Problem is the spool that floats uses the control lever closest to the outside and that spool controls the rockshaft for the mower lift. I could switch the hydraulic lines around but then the controls would be different than the other cubs with two spool valves.

[QUOTE=CADplans;420606]I thought the conversion to a float 3 point hitch only required moving a pin in the hitch??

You are right if you are using the rockshaft cylinder to control the three point. I have a three spool hydraulic valve and installed a lift cylinder for the three point inside the frame

If I cannot swap the float detent on the control valve I may try to modify the upper pin hole on the lift cylinder by making a new end that is slotted. I have a couple of spare cylinders I could try it on.
