Default Suggestions wanted....

I would appreciate any ideas you folks may have on the topic of improved tilling experience.
I have numerous aches and pains that only increase for a few days after plowing and tilling. I won't bore you with the list. I used my 72 with single moldboard plow to turn the ground then my Troybilt Horse to make it nice.

I would like a dedicated plow/tiller tractor setup. I would like one that would offer no manual lifting. The manual lift on my 72 gets a little wearing on me, even with the spring assist. I was thinking a hydraulic lift for a plow and maybe a hydraulic powered tiller but I'm not sure what tractor I would need to hook it to.

Any ideas would be appreciated. I still want to put out a garden but I'm looking for it to be a little easier. Plus with a more capable and less manual setup I can make a larger garden.

I also have a John Deere 4100 with 3 point hitch Yanmar 3 cyl Engine:
20 hp
540 rear PTO (claimed): 16 hp hydro

Thanks.
