So the plunger that's going up and down in the top of the cylinder, is that an oiler or is that pumping gas in to fire?

The plunger is the fuel pump. ( next to the flywheel on the wall side )

I ran it for a hour and it runs great. I can't wait until show time to let it run for hours on end
