I start yesterday to clean my space but someone came up with a job for me who took most of my day and I got just 2 days off per 3 weeks
But in my case It's worse...I have more project stored then space to work on them so I need to take radical measure.

The way I see it...

1-Like Todd suggests you should store all your tools every day even if the job is not finish so you don't search all day long to find them the next day.
2-All the stuff you don't use or have no propose for your working space need to go first period.
3-You need to build or purchase a dedicated rack to store parts so they don't take space on the bench , under the bench or on the shed floor.
4- Wood floor is a real PITA to clean, a rubber mat like those TSC sell is what you need.
5-Buy a magnetic broom! Getting on your knees for searching a fricking spring who fly away or the last small roll pin left in the bag a Sunday is enough to justify this purchase...
