Buy a Kubota. You'll never look back. I bought my B3300 back in 2012 brand new. Right before all the new tier/regen crap came out. Probably one of the best pieces of equipment I've ever bought for my modest acreage. I've had many "toys" come and go, from CC's with loaders (more a toy than loader tractor), to a Bobcat Skidsteer. After buying the Bota, I wondered why I didn't do it years earlier. I did the research before buying. Looked at/priced Jane Doe's, Mahindra, and New Hollands. Every review I did always put Kubota at the top. Might be a tad pricier, but we get what we pay for. My next Kubota will probably be a ZD1211 zero turn. But the B3300's staying put, too.

If you can swing it, keep the 1772 as a toy as Todd said. I still have a handful of Cubs, one being a 1772. Probably the only Cub I have that I will never sell. She's my favorite.

And I love my Cubs, but for an all around acreage tractor, a Kubota would run circles around a Cub. Daniel, there's a reason our Cub diesels have Kubota's in them.

Good luck on your decision. A quick pic of the B3300 and 1772.....
