1812 did not have a rear PTO offered. On models that did there is not a gear box but a reduction by belt drive. Also an electric clutch back there too. Is your shaft splined? Ones that have rear PTO have splines.
I think if you want one you will have to make your own.
Not worth it cause there isn't much for implements that use the rear PTO.
