When I got there I found out he was planning to keep the pump but he let me look at it so I could see how it mounted and then he offered it to me for another $50 which I was fine with. The frame looks to be in very nice shape, there's no patches and I don't see any cracks, the bucket is really nice except the top is bent a bit but will be easy to fix. The cylinders have some rust but I'm hoping they clean up enough to no leak.
