Work on it few hours...

Remove the flywheel and stator to check the rear oil seal, it's dirty but no sign of a leak, a bit of engine cleaner should take care of it.



Strangely one of the flywheel magnet is not fix where she normally belong, look like one of those Friday end of the day job, a 2 oz.-in. (ounce-inch) imbalance on a crankshaft will generate about 14 pounds of centripetal force at 2,000 rpm.


I can't find my feeler gauge to adjust the ignition module so I became creative and make my own using a aluminum strip I cut from a soda can.


The M18 shake pretty hard, his spacer punch 1/16" deep hole in the cradle plate, solution was larger surface spacer and filling those holes.


Here it is ready for testing.
