Some people shouldn't be allowed to own and ride motorcycles.
Seriously.... I don't think the riding test (in Illinois at least) is good enough. I did take a class when I got my "M" license, and that was a really good thing. Should be mandatory for first time owner/riders. I've ridden with guys who scared the crap out of me.
