Ok I'll be setting up a camera tonight to see if my 87 year old neighbor is the culprit and I'll put a locking cap on the mustangs. If it is the carb it has happened with two different carbs the same is true for the fuel pump as I changed them out twice. I will clean the tank and replace the lines and filter this week.
