The mule drive and subframe will be the same for the 38" and 42" decks available for the 100. There's even a 48" deck available that used the same one. The mule drives are model specific in the sense you need one for a narrow frame tractor. You have three options there: narrow frame, wide frame, and spread frame. Narrow frame started with the 70/100 and went through the 6/7 series. The 8/9 series started the wide frame. I don't know the difference with the spread frame machines....

There are two styles of subframes. Pin-on and Quick-Attach. The deck and subframe styles have to match.

Which rear wheels are you referring to? The tractor or deck wheels?
