301 should already have a deep sump oil pan.
Not only are they not tapped, I do believe the holes are not even there.
And you will need a PTO to boot.
You will need a flywheel w/ring gear also. A stator and rectifier. and a starter.
You will need all the tins and blower housing, different air cleaner and tube.
different muffler and elbow plus the front aluminum cast piece to bolt the tins to.
Do you already have the engine cradle and cradle mounts, OEM or solid?
This ain't gonna be cheap, although a decent AQS should not be too hard to find w/most everything you need, or maybe you already have some of this stuff.
There was a one owner 1250 sold here Sat for $400 and had a front blade and a deck.
