you can buy any parts for that PTO from any Cub Cadet dealer or online.. Ebay etc.. the rebuild kits come with a tool to adjust the preload on the clutch assy.. you do this with the three screws you see sticking out the front.. the adjustment is very sensitive.. hard to get it right and even without the tool.. the rebuild process and adjustment procedure is outlined in the service manual.
