I highly doubt the coil is bad, but it could have a break in the coil that only opens when it gets hot. I'd go to xtreme for a new one if I was in the market. May look different, but will work the same, and cost much less. |
I have 2 extreme clutches and they are better made imh  o. Plus plus they have awesome customer service. Just be sure your voltage is correct, they will work with it not but will not last long.
