Cut the fuel hose about two feet from fuel tank hose barb, no gas running out. Pump the fuel out of the tank. Pulled left rear tire to get to the fuel tank hose barb. Pull the remaining fuel hose and remaining gas ran out of the tank. The restriction was in the fuel hose, therefore not letting the gas flow. Replaced fuel hose from the tank to the filter. Primed the carb, fired the engine and it pumped fuel just fine. Thank you everyone for your replies.
