I also got a nice 60" Haban. I am going to start parting this next weekend. Everything you said is good, but maybe the steering components. The cylinder got warm and it got hot where the steering valve is located. I also got all the parts he started buying to fix it. I will keep some of those and sell some. The rear is in great shape. It does not look like it was leaking anywhere.
