thanks for letting me partake in the Cub Cadet festivities.
i just recently purchased a piece of property large enough to have an excuse to buy a lawn tractor. so after about a month of research i created a short list that included a JD 314, 318, case 446 and a CC 782. Well there are a ton of JD's out there and im not one to try and fit in. the case was really cool but it was a little concerned about functionality. (case is still on the list but is going to take some serious sweet talking to justify having 2 tractors
) so i decided on the 782 which i was kind of leaning toward anyway cause it was red and i like red and red is the wife's favorite color so it was easy to convince her. well after bring it home i was really happy that i chose the Cub. this thing is really neat! i shined it up best i could and polished out those sweet chrome hub caps and just stared at it for about an hour then mowed the lawn with it. i tell ya i was making up all kinds of excuses to go out in the garage and look at it. wasn't long before the wife was giving me crap about it. :-)
any way thanks for letting me in. looking forward to learning a few things about my tractor and cant wait to start restoring it.
